Earlier today, an earthen bulge broke the surface of the Pacific Ocean at approximately 12 degrees S latitude, 91 degrees W longitude. The area in question has recently been experiencing a surge in undersea volcanic activity. A team of surveyors has been dispatched to conduct periodic observations of the new landmass.
